As a part of the DDI Canada leadership team, Mathieu leads a group of well respected business strategists who partner with many of the country’s most prestigious organizations in crafting best in class programs adapted to their needs and vision. As lead consultant with national and multinational organizations, Mathieu provides expertise on leadership program governance, sustainability, communication strategy, and change management practices to ensure ROI.
Mathieu has over 15 years of consulting experience helping leaders make sound decisions in the areas of selection, executive development, and succession management. As a client-centric trusted advisor, he partners with executives and program managers in designing, implementing, and optimizing strategic talent initiatives that enable them to sustainably achieve desired business objectives.
Mathieu has led the construction and execution of accelerated development initiatives at the front line, mid and senior leader levels. He has provided feedback and coaching to senior leaders based in every continent, has managed large-scale leadership development initiatives, and has conducted executive assessments for succession management and team building.
His experience includes working with organizations from the energy, financial, manufacturing, mining, retail, public and pharmaceutical industries. Some specific companies include Loblaw Companies Limited, Intact Financial Corporation, Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, Hydro One, Business Development Bank of Canada, Toyota, Camso, Air Liquide, Halliburton, Parker Hannifin, and L-3 Communications.
