Vincent is well known for his ability to understand the underlying issues in any situation, and for his straightforward approach to business.
As Partner of LoganHR, a consulting firm specializing in compensation, career transition (outplacement) and performance management, Vincent’s role is to partner with organizations to provide strategic and practical consulting services in designing and implementing compensation and performance programs.
Vincent has worked in human resources for 20 years. Most recently, he was Director Total Rewards for Ledcor Group of Companies, a large, diverse North American company which received numerous top employer awards. Previously, Vincent managed compensation, benefits, and HRIS for Teligence, a telecommunications company. He has also worked at Crystal Decisions / Business Objects (now SAP) designing and managing global compensation programs. Vincent started his career at Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson), a global HR consulting firm, helping clients in the areas of HR program design and mplementation.
Vincent holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a past Chair of the BC region of WorldatWork, and Chair of the 2015 Human Resources Management Association Annual Conference. Vincent’s recent speaking engagements include the WorldatWork Canadian Total Rewards Conference, as well as the HRMA Conference and the HR Tech Group events on the topic of compensation and performance management.
